Pick Up Every Job is a service of Summers Labs, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 12726 N 13th Ave, Garden City, ID 83714. We provide an AI phone receptionist that answers calls for trades businesses ("Clients"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our client portal, and the calls and messages handled by our service.
1. Who this policy covers
- Callers: people who call a business that uses our receptionist, or who call one of our demo lines.
- Clients: the businesses that sign up for our service, and the people who use their accounts.
- Website visitors and people we contact: people who visit pickupeveryjob.com or receive email from us.
When we answer calls for a Client, we handle caller information on that Client's behalf, to deliver their messages and jobs to them. The Client's own privacy practices also apply to how they use that information.
2. Call recording
Calls answered by our receptionist, including calls to our demo lines, may be recorded and transcribed. Callers hear a recording notice at the start of the call. If you do not want to be recorded, you may hang up and contact the business another way.
3. Information we collect
From callers: your phone number, name, address or job location, the details of the job or problem you describe, the call recording, a written transcript, and call details such as the date, time, and length of the call.
From Clients: business name, contact name, email, phone numbers, service area, services and price lists, account settings, and billing information. Payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card or bank account numbers on our systems.
From website visitors and email: information you send us, such as your name, email, and message, and basic technical information our hosting provider records, such as IP address and browser type.
4. How we use information
- To answer calls, collect job details, and deliver them to the right Client.
- To send alerts to Clients about new calls and urgent jobs by text message, email, or phone.
- To set up, run, support, and bill Client accounts.
- To review recordings and transcripts to fix problems and improve the accuracy of the service.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with the law.
- To reply to people who contact us, and to send business email as described in Section 7.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only:
- With the Client whose business you called, so they can follow up on your job.
- With service providers that help us run the service, such as phone and text carriers, voice AI and transcription providers, hosting and database providers, email providers, and our payment processor. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users, the public, or us.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, with notice where required.
6. Text messages (SMS)
Clients can choose to receive text message alerts from us about new calls, job details, and urgent jobs. Message frequency varies based on call volume.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no further messages.
- For help, reply HELP or email christian@pickupeveryjob.com.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Email
We may email Clients about their accounts, alerts, and service updates. We may also send business email to companies that may be interested in our service. Every marketing email we send includes our mailing address and a simple way to unsubscribe, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly. You can also ask us to stop by emailing christian@pickupeveryjob.com.
8. How long we keep information
We keep call recordings, transcripts, and job details for as long as a Client's account is active and as needed to provide the service, unless the Client asks us to delete them sooner or a longer period is required by law. We keep billing records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. recordings deleted after X days, to be confirmed.]
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
